El pa\u00eds observa hoy c\u00f3mo se desmoronan estructuras jurisdiccionales que debieron garantizar imparcialidad, probidad y justicia. En este contexto,&nbsp;<strong>insistir en rematar por 24\u00b0 vez un inmueble a un valor inferior al 8% de su tasaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o 2015,<\/strong>&nbsp;no solo es un desprop\u00f3sito econ\u00f3mico, sino un acto que se inserta en un patr\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplio de decisiones judiciales inexplicables evidenciando una operaci\u00f3n incompatible con cualquier est\u00e1ndar legal o econ\u00f3mico razonable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El predio, adem\u00e1s,&nbsp;<strong>se encuentra hipotecado por m\u00e1s de cinco millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, carga real plenamente vigente y que ser\u00e1 ejercida en su integridad contra quien resulte adjudicatario.
